V26-889 : NON-DOMESTIC RATE COMPENSATION CLAIM

The Sub-Committee recommended that an outstanding rate liability be written off on the grounds of exceptional hardship and that a `without prejudice' payment be made in respect of a compensation claim relating to Non-Domestic Rates. (Para. 7)
