REVENUES AND BENEFITS SERVICE
The report of the Director of Central Services considered the introduction of Document Image Processing and Workflow for the Revenues and Benefits Services, and outlined a partnership approach by six other local authorities.
RECOMMENDED
That a joint approach to implementation of a Document Imaging and Workflow system for Revenues and Benefits be investigated, subject to a further report on the proposed costs and methods of finance.
