The Sub-Committee recommended that a post in the above Section be made full time at Scale 3/4 and job-shared by the current postholder and the holder of a second post. The Sub-Committee also recommended that the second post be made part-time at Scale 1/2 and filled by the present postholder. (Para. 1)
