V26-876 : COMMUNITY SERVICES DEPARTMENT - INJURY ALLOWANCE SCHEME
The Sub-Committee recommended that upon the retirement of a postholder, the post be filled by a postholder transferred to the Department under the Council's Injury Allowance Scheme. The Sub-Committee also recommended that in the meantime the injury allowance payment to the postholder continue to be paid, with the postholder undertaking work at an appropriate level to the salary being paid.
