V26-874 : WORKING TIME REGULATIONS 1998
The Sub-Committee received the report of the Director of Central Services, and agreed that discussions with Unison continue on the basis of the views expressed by Management Team, and that they be concluded as soon as possible to ensure compliance with the above Regulations. The Sub-Committee also resolved that a further report be submitted to it on the cost implications of the legislation as soon as possible after the conclusion of the discussions. (Para. 11)
