V26-862 : TREE PRESERVATION ORDER (NO 256) 1998

LAND AT REAR OF JUNE AVENUE, LOWESTOFT

The report of the Chief Executive concerned the service of a provisional Tree Preservation Order to protect an Oak tree on land at the rear of June Avenue, Lowestoft in pursuance of powers delegated to the Director of Planning and Building Control under Minute V3-304/2.

Notice of the making of the Order had been served on the owners of the land and no objections had been received.

RESOLVED

That the Waveney District Council (Land at rear of June Avenue, Lowestoft) Tree Preservation Order (No. 256) 1998, be confirmed as an unopposed order.
