LAND AT CORNER OF NORWICH ROAD/QUAY STREET, HALESWORTH

The report of the Chief Executive concerned the service of a provisional Tree Preservation Order to protect several trees on land at the corner of Norwich Road/Quay Street, Halesworth, in pursuance of powers delegated to the Director of Planning and Building Control under Minute V3-304/2.

Notice of the making of the Order had been served on the owners of the land and no objections had been received.

RESOLVED

That the Waveney District Council (Land at corner of Norwich Road/Quay Street, Halesworth) Tree Preservation Order (No. 255) 1998, be confirmed as an unopposed order.
