LAND AT PLAYING FIELDS, OLD GRAMMAR LANE, BUNGAY

The report of the Chief Executive concerned the service of a provisional Tree Preservation Order to protect various trees on land at Playing Fields, Old Grammar Lane, Bungay, in pursuance of powers delegated to the Director of Planning and Building Control under minute V3-304/3. Notice of the making of the order had been served on the owners of the land and no objections had been received.

RESOLVED

That the Waveney District Council (Land at Playing Fields, Old Grammar Lane, Bungay) Tree Preservation Order (No. 251) 1998, be confirmed as an unopposed order.

The meeting was concluded at 10.15 pm.
