Application for erection of pergola.
The report of the Director of Planning and Building Control advised that the above pergola was prominent from the neighbour's garden. It did not cause loss of light, but the neighbour nevertheless objected to the intrusion to their view. The Director felt, however, that this was not sufficient to justify refusal and recommended approval.
RESOLVED
That planning permission be granted to application W17131.
