Application for single storey side extension.
The report of the Director of Planning and Building Control concerned a proposal for a single storey side extension on a semi-detached property at the end of Dell Road. The proposed extension fronted onto Colville Road and was potentially prominent. However, the boundary with Colville Road was well landscaped with mature planting and if retained would considerably reduce the impact of the proposed scheme. He recommended approval subject to retention of existing planting.
RESOLVED
That planning permission be granted to application W17132, subject to retention of existing planting.
