Application for front extension.

The report of the Director of Planning and Building Control advised that the above semi- detached property had an existing front extension. The proposal was to continue this along the frontage as far as the neighbouring property. The extension was on the south side of the neighbour and only 0.2m away from the front window. There would be loss of direct sunlight resulting in an adverse impact on the neighbour's amenity; the Director recommended refusal.

RESOLVED

That planning permission be refused to application W13962/1.
