Application for conversion of barns into three dwellings - removal of Condition No. 11, W16973.

The report of the Director of Planning and Building advised that the original application for the above was approved subject to a standard condition to ensure that all the works shown on the submitted plans were completed before the dwellings were occupied. The applicant had pointed out that he was accordingly unable to complete the first dwelling, and use the capital from its sale to enable the completion of the whole scheme. As this would be the normal procedure for a development of this nature, the Director recommended approval to the effect that all the works relating to each of the approved dwellings should be completed in accordance with the approved plans before that dwelling was occupied.

RESOLVED

That planning permission W16973/1 be amended to the effect that all the works relating to each of the approved dwellings should be completed in accordance with the approved plans before that dwelling was occupied.
