V26-804 : W12794/4 - 15, 15A AND 15B CHEDISTON STREET, HALESWORTH
Application for listed building consent for restoration and alterations to dwellings. The report of the Director of Planning and Building Control considered an application for total refurbishment of the above buildings. Each cottage would have a private amenity area and parking around a courtyard. The buildings were an integral part of the Conservation Area, and the refurbishment was to be welcomed. The Director recommended approval. RESOLVED
That listed building consent be granted to application W12794/4.
