V26-786 : COMPULSORY COMPETITIVE TENDERING PROGRAMME
The Committee resolved that the report of the Director of Waveney Contract Services be deferred to a special meeting of the Committee to be held on 12 November 1998. It was also resolved that preliminary discussions be held with trade unions to defer implementation of the 37 hour week within building until April 2000. (Para. 9)
