V26-772 : ENERGY SAVING TRUST SEMINAR
The report of the Director of Housing and Environmental Services sought a member representative to attend a free seminar entitled "Clean Fuel Vehicles: A Vision Becomes Reality" presented by the Energy Saving Trust. The seminar was being held at the Queen Elizabeth II Conference Centre, London on 28 October 1998, and the Principal speaker was the Rt. Hon. Dr. John Reid MP, Minister for Transport.
RESOLVED
That Councillor Francis, as Chairman of the Local Agenda 21 Working Party, be appointed to attend the "Clean Fuel Vehicles: A Vision Becomes Reality" seminar in London on 28 October 1998, and attendance be authorised as an approved duty.
