V26-756 : TENANTS' GARDEN COMPETITION
The report of the Director of Housing and Environmental Services reminded members that 1998's Competition for the best kept front and rear gardens had brought a good response from tenants. The interest in the competition was such that it was considered that a similar competition should be organised for 1999.
RESOLVED
That a Best Kept Garden Competition for Tenants be organised for 1999 along similar lines to the 1998 Competition, and enquiries be made into sponsorship by a local garden centre.
