V26-728 : DRAFT REGIONAL PLANNING GUIDANCE FOR EAST ANGLIA

The report of the Director of Planning and Building Control set out the Council's response to the SCEALA Regional Strategy, re-published as draft Regional Planning Guidance for the purposes of an Examination in Public in February 1999. The report also addressed questions for consideration by the Government Office for the Eastern Region, and needed retrospective authority as the deadline for comments was 2 October 1998, which fell in between meetings.

RESOLVED

That the action of the Director of Planning and Building Control, in consultation with the Chairman of the Committee and the Leader of the Council, in submitting the representations contained in the report on the Draft Regional planning guidance, be confirmed.
