The Chairman introduced Mr Doug Stewart, the Business Services Director of the Enterprise Partnership, and Mr Harvey Richards, the Local Area Manager, to the Sub- Committee. Mr Stewart lead the presentation by outlining Business Link's generic strategy to Enterprise Support and reporting on progress in the last year. Mr Richards then explained how the Local Office in Lowestoft fitted into this framework, and outlined the strategic priorities and key issues to be addressed for the Local Office.

A members question and answer session followed, and the Chairman thanked Mr Stewart and Mr Richards for their time.
