The report of the Director of Planning and Building Control concerned a small two- bedroomed cottage situated in the middle of a terrace of three properties. The property had originally been single storey. The current application would result in some loss of outlook from the window of 3 Bridge Road, however according to the applicant this was a holiday home and not occupied all year round. The Director recommended approval subject to appropriate conditions.

RESOLVED

That planning permission be granted to application W10033/2, subject to appropriate conditions.
