V26-62 : PROTECTIVE SHIELD FOR DRIVERS
The report of the Chief Executive advised that in addition to the audible alarm mentioned above a local company was developing a protective shield for drivers. The shield was in the research stage and would be fitted to one vehicle on an experimental basis. RESOLVED
That authority be given to the fitting of a drivers protective shield to one car for experimental purposes, pending a further report as to the efficiency of the shield.
