Application for two-storey and single storey extensions and erection of a garage. The recommendation of the Director of Planning and Building Control was for approval, as although the proposed extension was very large this was a big plot and unlikely to affect neighbours amenities. The advertisement period had not yet expired and it was proposed that the Director be authorised to approve the application subject to neighbours' views. RESOLVED
That the Director of Planning and Building Control be given delegated authority to approve application W17053, subject to there being no objections received during the remainder of the period of advertisement.
