Listed Building Consent for a rear extension and alterations.
The Director of Planning and Building Control reported that this proposal involved the demolition of a one-storey flat roof extension to be replaced with a smaller two storey extension. The proposal was of a sensitive design in a very intensively developed part of the town and was unlikely to have significant effect on neighbouring properties; he recommended approval. The Town Council concurred with this view, although the adjacent neighbour objected.
RESOLVED
That planning permission and Listed Building Consent be granted to applications W17023 and W17023/1 respectively.
