Application for siting of a mobile home.
The Director of Planning and Building Control reported that he was originally against this proposal as there was insufficient supporting information. However, the applicant had now advised that he was studying for an agricultural degree and needed to reside in this location to manage a land project. The Director was convinced by this case and recommended approval for two years only. The observation of the Parish Council was for approval. RESOLVED
That planning permission be granted to application W11395/1, temporary for two years.
