The report of the Director of Housing and Environmental Services provided the following statement of rent arrears for the period 1 April 1998 to 30 June 1998: Projected gross rental for year £12,076,486
Rent arrears for quarter £236,342.52
Rent arrears for quarter as % of gross rental 1.95%
Rent arrears for same quarter in 1997 1.8%
The Director reminded members that the figure was well within the national indicator of 4%. RESOLVED
That the Quarterly Statement of Rent Arrears be received.
