Application for single storey rear extension, shopfront alterations and new roller shutters.

The Director of Planning and Building Control reminded members that this application was deferred at the last meeting for negotiations. The proposal had now been reduced in scale so that its foundations were no longer in close proximity to the trees and an amended scheme had been agreed which produced a more pleasing appearance, bearing in mind the constraints of the building. The Town Council were happy with the proposals but wished to see the opening hours restricted to 10 pm.

RESOLVED

That planning permission be granted to the amended scheme for application W17006, subject to opening hours from 6 am to 11 pm.
