V26-516 : GARDENS COMPETITION
Before the commencement of proceedings, the Chairman presented Certificates to the 1998 winners of the Best Kept Gardens Competition. The best front garden award went to Mr. Ablett of Beccles, with Mrs. Price of Redisham winning the best back garden. The Chairman applauded them in their fine achievements. In all there were some 20 prizewinners in various categories.
