V26-501 : RURAL BUS FUNDS

The report of the Director of Planning and Building Control and the Director of Community Services outlined progress to date on how Suffolk County Council would be spending its Rural Bus Fund allocation following the seminar on the issue held on 28 July 1998.

Reference was made to the importance of awareness of the improved services, and the District Councils had been requested to assist in that process.

RESOLVED

That each Councillor and every Parish Council within the District receive a copy of the Rural Bus Funds report, so that they are kept informed of progress.
