The Director of Planning and Building Control recommended approval of this application and confirmed that the Access Officer was now satisfied with the details of the proposal. The observation of the Town Council was for approval.

RESOLVED

That planning permission be granted to application W9902/10.

(Councillors Crisp, Jenkins and Whatling declared an interest in the above item and left the room during the debate. Councillor Kemp had declared an interest in this item but had left the meeting previously).
