V26-495 : MARIE JEMIMA PIPE CHARITY - GRANT APPLICATION
The report of the Director of Central Services sought confirmation of his action, in consultation with the Chairman, in making a grant of £150 towards the costs of a telephone installation and other expenses of an ex Lowestoft Fisherman who had recently undergone major surgery at the Seaman's Hospital in London. The applicant had been recommended by the Royal National Mission to Deep Sea Fishermen.
RESOLVED
That the action of the Director of Central Services, in consulation with the Chairman, in giving a grant of £150 from the Marie Jemima Pipe Charity to an ex Lowestoft fisherman be confirmed.
