Application for demolition of garage/workshop and construction of a bungalow with car parking space.
The recommendation of the Director of Planning and Building Control was for on balance for approval, as an elderly persons bungalow had been approved for the site in 1985. The observation of the Town Council was for approval of the demolition, but refusal of the new building due to insufficient space.
RESOLVED
That planning permission be granted to application W12803/3.
