V26-46 : W3759/11 - PART OF OS 9300, RED HOUSE FARM, REDISHAM

Application for variation of Condition 4 of W3759/10 for use of site to include Saturdays.

The Director of Planning and Building Control reported that the applicant wished to extend the use of this site to include Saturday from 7.30 am to 6.30 pm. This was seen as detrimental to the neighbours although no representations had been received. The Parish Meeting were happy with Saturday mornings only, and also advised that the applicant was breaching conditions 3 and 5 of his permission in respect of the repair and storage of pallets outside the building and the burning of waste materials. The Director had confirmed this action.

RESOLVED

1. That planning permission be granted to an amended application W3759/11, with opening hours on Saturday restricted to 9am to 12 noon.

2. That the Chief Executive be authorised to serve a Breach of Condition Notice and to take all pursuant action to secure compliance with conditions 3 and 5 of permission W3759/10.
