V26-456 : REVENUE DIVISION STAFFING
The Sub-Committee recommended that the contract side of Local Taxation be reduced to 15.5 posts, that 0.5 of a post be transferred to the client side and that another post be re- designated and regraded with personal protection until evaluation under the Single Status Job Evaluation Scheme. It also recommended that a redundancy be declared for a post and that the holder be re-deployed temporarily in the Central Services Department pending implementation of the benefits verification framework in 1999/2000. Finally it recommended that approval in principle be given to the introduction of the verification framework in 1999/2000 subject to a further report on the costs. (Para 1).
