V26-440 : 282 ST PETERS STREET, LOWESTOFT - UNAUTHORISED ACCESS

The report of the Director of Planning and Building Control advised that an access had been created to the above residential property without the benefit of planning permission. The position of the access was such that it could be extremely hazardous to road users, and it was considered that action should be taken to ensure cessation of the use of the access.

RESOLVED

That the Chief Executive be authorised to take all pursuant action against the unauthorised access at 282 St Peters Street, Lowestoft.
