Application for non-illuminated fascia and illuminated projecting sign.

The Director of Planning and Building Control reported that the applicant had recently agreed to omit the illuminated signing at the above, and to hand write the projecting sign, which would be single bladed. The signs would also be timber and not plastic, and with these amendments the Director recommended approval.

RESOLVED

That the Director of Planning and Building Control be given delegated authority to grant listed building consent and planning permission to applications W2667/8 and A/W129/2 respectively, subject to the amended design being suitable.
