Application for a single storey rear extension.
The Director of Planning and Building Control advised members that this substantial extension was on the south-west boundary of the neighbours living room. The proposal would have a potential limited effect on the neighbours, who had raised no objection, and on reflection he recommended approval.
RESOLVED
That planning permission be granted to application W17045.
