V26-427 : W6539/7 - 45 CHURCH ROAD, KESSINGLAND
Application to create car parking space and new vehicular access.
The Director of Planning and Building Control reported that the Parish Council objected to this proposed vehicular access being positioned so close to a junction. However, the Highway Authority had no objection as the Kessingland bypass Church Road had been reclassified. The Director recommended approval.
RESOLVED
That planning permission be granted to application W6539/7.
