Application for first floor rear extension.

The Director of Planning and Building Control reported that the above property was a large detached premises with a good sized garden. The property had already been extended quite considerably and the current application, for a large dormer style extension at first floor level projecting over an existing ground floor extension, would take light from the neighbouring property. He recommended refusal.

That planning permission be refused to application W5507/3.
