V26-408 : W2008/15 - LAND OFF ALBION ROAD, BUNGAY

Application to construct six bungalows.

The report of the Director of Planning and Building Control advised that permission had previously been approved for eight dwellings at the above site in 1992, renewed on 14 April 1998, but that the applicant had only been able to attract funding for six units. There had been no further objections to the revised application, and the recommendation of the Director was for approval subject to conditions including landscaping and incorporation of the presently unadopted footpath link.

RESOLVED

That planning permission be granted to application W2008/15, subject to the imposition of appropriate conditions including landscaping and incorporation of the presently unadopted footpath link.
