V26-399 : HOUSING INVESTMENT PROGRAMME
The report of the Director of Central Services presented a draft of the Housing Investment Programme (HIP) for 1998/99 to 2000/01. The purpose was to establish expenditure priorities after 1998/99 for the HIP bid to the Department of the Environment, Transport and the Regions.
The Director highlighted the inclusion of working figures for repairs to St. Peters Court, Lowestoft, final figures and timescale for which would not be decided until after the Seminar on 21 July 1998 on the issue.
RESOLVED
That the draft Housing Investment Programme (HIP) be approved provisionally as the basis for the HIP bid, subject to any necessary amendments being agreed with the Chairman of the Committee prior to submission.
