Listed Building Consent to construct a dwelling.

The Director of Planning and Building Control advised members that this proposal involved complex issues of infilling of the rear garden, access and effects on a Listed Building and he considered that a site visit would be appropriate. The observation of the Town Council was for refusal.

RESOLVED

That planning application W10081/5 be deferred for a site visit.
