THE SUFFOLK PUNCH - VARIATION

The report of the Chief Executive reminded members that the trial period for the variation of the above Public Entertainment Licence had been extended to 30 June 1998 at minute V25 - 1608.

Further observations had been sought from the Police and the Director of Housing and Environmental Services, who had raised no objection to the Licence being renewed to expire 31 January 1999.

RESOLVED

That the Public Entertainment Licence for The Suffolk Punch be renewed to expire on 31 January 1999, in line with other annual licences.
