V26-388 : APPLICATION FOR A PUBLIC ENTERTAINMENT LICENCE
LIVINGSTONES, WHITES LANE, KESSINGLAND
The report of the Chief Executive concerned an application for a Public Entertainment Licence at Livingstones, Kessingland. The hours of the application were Saturdays 7pm - 12 midnight. The owners were close to completing all the fire safety works to allow a final inspection by the Suffolk Fire Service.
The Police and Kessingland Parish Council had no objections, however, Environmental Services had been investigating noise complaints from the premises. In view of these further investigations it was felt that a temporary Licence should be issued for six months. RESOLVED
That upon the premises achieving the required public safety standard to the satisfaction of the Suffolk Fire Service, a Public Entertainment Licence be issued for Livingstones, Whites Lane, Kessingland, for a trial period of six months to allow further monitoring to take place.
