V26-376 : DISCRETIONARY HOME REPAIRS ASSISTANCE GRANT APPLICATION
The Sub-Committee approved an application for a Discretionary Home Repairs Assistance Grant of £1,290 (including VAT) for works comprising replacing two front bay windows for an applicant not in receipt of 100% Council Tax Benefit, in view of the exceptional circumstances presented by the windows being beyond economical repair, and the subsequent security of the property. (Para 5).
