V26-374 : DISCRETIONARY RENOVATION GRANT APPLICATION

The Sub-Committee approved an application for a Discretionary Renovation Grant of £5,533.01 (including VAT) for works as scheduled and the stripping and re-tiling of the rear roof of a property in Council Tax Band C, whose resident was less than 60 years of age, in view of the exceptional circumstances of the property otherwise failing to meet fitness standards, and its location in bringing a family property in the South Lowestoft Conservation Area back into use.
