V26-367 : PROGRAMMED MAINTENANCE 1997/98 TENANT SATISFACTION SURVEY
The report of the Director of Housing and Environmental Services related to Programmed Groups 13, 26, 28 and 29. Tenants who were not satisfied had been revisited and the defective work rectified.
RESOLVED
That the Tenant Satisfaction Survey in respect of programmed maintenance work be continued and monitored by report to each cycle of meetings.
