V26-365 : COMPARATIVE STATEMENT OF RENT ARREARS

The report of the Director of Housing and Environmental Services presented a table giving a comparative statement of rent arrears, gross rental, and number of properties, for the same quarter in the previous four financial years. The figure of 2.15% should be seen in the context of the national rent arrears figure of 6.4%. At 6th May 1998 the figure had fallen to 1.63%.
