V26-36 : TREE PRESERVATION ORDER (NO 248) 1998

The Director of Planning and Building Control, in pursuance of powers delegated to him under minute V3-304/2, had authorised service of a provisional Tree Preservation Order to protect a group of trees on land at Garden House, Rigbourne Hill, Beccles.

Notice of the making of the Order had been served on the owners of the land and no objections had been received.

RESOLVED

That the Waveney District Council (Land at Garden House, Rigbourne Hill, Beccles) Tree Preservation Order (No 248) 1998, be confirmed as an unopposed Order.
