V26-349 : LOWESTOFT MUSEUM AT BROAD HOUSE CONSULTATIVE COMMITTEE

The report of the Chief Executive advised that due to an administrative error the Community Services Committee at its meeting on 21 May 1998 did not re-constitute the Lowestoft Museum at Broad House Consultative Committee.

As a meeting had been scheduled for 9 June 1998 the Chief Executive, in consultation with the Chairman, had appointed Councillors Kelly, Langley, Rodgers, Spoor and Thorne to the Committee.

The minutes of the meeting of the Consultative Committee held on 9 June 1998 were also appended to the report.

RESOLVED

1. That the action of the Chief Executive, in consultation with the Chairman, in appointing Councillors Kelly, Langley, Rodgers, Spoor and Thorne to the Lowestoft Museum at Broad House Consultative Committee for 1998/99 be confirmed.

2. That the non-delegated minutes of the Lowestoft Museum at Broad House Consultative Committee held on 9 June 1998 be adopted.
