V26-302 : EAST OF ENGLAND INVESTMENT AGENCY

The report of the Chief Executive reminded members that minute V24-425/15 resolved to provide £3,000 of sponsorship for three years to support the work of the East of England Investment Agency, subject to regular reports on progress being received.

The Council had received a report in the form of a "Member Information Pack" which analysed the Agency's first year of operation, and extracts giving details of project enquiries type and source, and successes were considered.

The Agency had made progress over the past twelve months and regionally had exceeded its initial targets. The Agency would welcome any members' comments on the content of the new Information Pack.

RESOLVED

That a future, annual report on the achievements of the East of England Investment Agency be provided to the Sub-Committee.
