The report of the Director of Central Services sought authority to reduce the rent of the above property to equate to the Rateable Value of £520 per annum from 1 July 1997. The property was used for second hand goods and if it became vacant was not likely to be relet RECOMMENDED
That the rent payable in respect of 69 Rigbourne Hill, Beccles be reduced to £520 per annum from 1 July 1997.
